What happens if my zip is already claimed?
+
If your first-choice zip is taken, we can check adjacent zips that cover your target market β often there are neighboring territories still open. You can also join the waitlist for a claimed zip. If that agent ever cancels, you're first in line. Once a zip is locked, the only way it opens back up is if the current agent cancels their subscription.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use this?
+
No. We build and configure everything for you. You don't touch a single setting β we handle the website, the AI agents, the SMS line, the CRM, the automations. You get a walkthrough call at 48 hours so you understand what's running, but you don't need to manage any of it. The system runs itself.
Is there an annual contract?
+
No annual contract. Every plan is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime. The one thing to understand: if you cancel, your zip immediately goes back into the available pool. Any other agent can claim it the same day. Most agents don't cancel β because once the system is running, it pays for itself. But the door is always open.
How is this different from Zillow or other lead platforms?
+
With Zillow, you pay for shared leads β the same lead goes to 5 or 6 agents simultaneously, and whoever calls first wins. With LandGrab, there are no shared leads. Every inquiry from your territory comes to you and only you. You're also not buying leads β you're building a system that generates, captures, and converts them automatically, long-term, without ongoing ad spend.
What's included in the setup fee?
+
The setup fee covers the full 48-hour build-out: your IDX website (on Command and Dominance), AI agent configuration, SMS line activation, CRM setup with your pipeline and lead sources, review automation configuration, directory sync setup across 70+ platforms, and your onboarding walkthrough call. After setup, your monthly subscription keeps everything running, updated, and supported.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
+
Yes. You can upgrade from Foundation to Command or Dominance at any time. You'll pay the difference in setup fee (prorated) and your monthly rate adjusts from the next billing cycle. Many agents start on Foundation to get the territory locked and the core system running, then upgrade once they see leads coming in.
What does the AI actually do β and does it sound robotic?
+
The AI handles first-touch SMS response within 60 seconds of a lead coming in. It qualifies the lead, answers basic questions, and either schedules a call or alerts you to follow up. It's trained to sound natural and conversational β not like a bot. Most leads don't realize they're talking to an AI at first. You take over the conversation whenever you're ready, with full context already in your CRM.
