Territory Hold is available exclusively to current or former active members. It cannot be used to hold a zip without having first been on an active plan. Upgrading from Territory Hold is not free — you pay the difference between your original plan's setup fee and the new plan's setup fee.

Yes. You can upgrade from Foundation to Command or Dominance at any time. You pay only the difference in setup fees between your current plan and the new plan — not the full setup fee again. Your territory stays locked and your monthly rate adjusts from the next billing cycle.
